Shipping Policy


Your shipping will be calculated at checkout when you put your postcode in the shipping calculator & press calculate. It will provide your available options. Once payment is approved you will be sent an order confirmation email as your receipt.

Orders over $100 & less than 20kg (cubic weight), will be delivered free of charge to selected areas. Qualifying postcodes will be in metropolitan areas of SA, VIC, ACT, NSW, QLD only.

You are welcome to collect your purchased products in store as soon as your payment has cleared. Our store hours in Palm Beach are below:

Monday 9am – 6pm
Tuesday 9am – 6pm
Wednesday 9am – 6pm
Thursday 9am – 7pm
Friday 9am – 6pm
Saturday 9am – 5pm
Sunday 10am – 5pm

Items available in stock will be shipped within 24-48hrs of payment approval from our Palm Beach store. You will be notified via email when the delivery has been shipped. Most couriers & Australia Post have a tracking system for you to check the progress of your delivery.

Some items may only be available at one of our many preferred suppliers’, you may have the option to have your order shipped direct to you from the supplier; approx.. 3-5 working days (depending on the postcode), otherwise it will be shipped to our store then onto you, which may take up to 10 working days.

Please be patient regarding delivery times, whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated time, all dates specified are estimates only. Remote locations out of the main CBD areas will take longer. We can’t be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Please note: we recommend using a business or work address, during normal working hours, for delivery, where someone is able to receive the delivery.
